Levels AAA & AA
Divisions for Mites, Squirts, Peewees, Bantams and U12 Girls
Maximum of 6 skaters plus 1 goalie per team
Skaters must play at the highest level of skaters on their team
Team Name
Games consist of two 20 minute periods
This is a NO Contact tournament
Registration deadline is 11/25/2019
Game Schedule will be posted online by 12/23/2019
Team Contact will be emailed for Roster list to be filled out & submitted back

There is a 3% CC processing fee automatically added to your registration, if you would like to avoid this fee please check off the box selecting that you will be paying by check.
If you pay by check and NSHDA does not receive payment by 12/06/2019, your team's registration will be voided and your team will not be able to participate in the tournament.
